Vapor Density

ForgeHaven doesn’t just heat flower — it creates a sealed vacuum environment first.

When the cycle starts, the chamber is pulled down so oxygen and ambient air are largely removed. As the material reaches temperature, vapor is generated and stored in that low-oxygen space instead of being continuously mixed with room air.

The result is denser, cleaner vapor with less dilution and better preservation of the volatile compounds that create flavor. You’re tasting more of what’s in the flower and less of what’s in the room.

Purity

The vapor path is quartz.

The structural parts that see heat and pressure are 300-series stainless and aluminum, CNC machined in-house.

Quartz is chemically inert. It doesn’t impart taste, doesn’t outgas, and doesn’t hold onto the last session.

Most devices ask vapor to travel across plastics, heaters, or commodity metals. Here the surfaces that matter are chosen so the only thing you taste is what came out of the flower. Clean materials. Tight seals. Nothing extra in the path.

Terpene preservation

Terpenes are volatile. They come off early and they’re easy to cook off if the device runs too hot too fast.

ForgeHaven is built for the slower approach: pull the chamber down, bring the load up gently, and let the vapor collect. Lower setpoints (around 100 °C) favor flavor and the lighter aromatic compounds. Mid-range (around 130 °C) balances flavor and heavier vapor. Higher setpoints push density and extraction when that’s what you want.

Patience pays off here. Waiting for the gauge to return to zero gives the material time to release cleanly into the vacuum space instead of blasting past the best-tasting compounds.

Zero Waste

Most of what you load should end up as vapor you actually inhale — not lost to air, not left half-extracted in the bowl.

Conventional convection vaporizers heat and you draw. Vapor is produced and immediately pulled away, mixed with whatever air is moving through the system at that moment. You get a lot of air and little vapor.

ForgeHaven does it differently. The vacuum cycle pulls the chamber down first, then fills it with vapor generated from your load. When the gauge returns to zero, the chamber is full. You’re drawing what was collected, not chasing what already escaped.

Less scorching. Less unspent material. More of the flower converted into vapor you actually get to taste.

Quality, machining & testing

Critical metal parts are CNC-machined in-house from 300-series stainless and 6061 aluminum. Not sourced as commodity castings. Not sent overseas for the pieces that actually matter.

Each part is cut, finished, and checked for the dimensions that affect seal integrity, heat behavior, and long-term fit. Assembly is done by hand so every crucible, bowl, and chamber interface is verified before it leaves. O-ring surfaces, threads, and sealing faces get particular attention — a vacuum device is only as good as its ability to hold.

Before a unit is considered done, it runs through functional testing: pump-down, heat cycle, gauge response, and basic operation. The goal is simple. When you press Start, the needle should behave the way it’s supposed to, the seals should hold, and the device should feel like a precision tool instead of a consumer gadget.
